About Us – Digital Support

We offer emotional support and signposting via your mobile phone, tablet or laptop.

The Coordinator will contact you to talk about how we can help and will support you to set up a free text, phone and video chat service.

We will ‘match’ you to a volunteer, who will be available to chat with you weekly. Support usually continues for several months and can last up to a maximum of a year.

All volunteers have attended training and are DBS (police) checked.

If you agree to take support your Coordinator will contact you every two months to check how things are going.

You can decide to end support whenever you choose (up to a year).
